The all-new 2015 Honda Fit is scheduled to arrive mid-April at Thelen Honda. Completely redesigned from the inside out, the new Fit comes with more interior room, improved stability and ride, increased performance and fuel economy, and features that have never before been available on the Fit.
The 2015 Fit’s class-leading interior space and versatility are partly in thanks to the center-mounted fuel tank and Magic Seat. The larger interior provides an added 4.9 cubic feet of passenger volume and a 4.8 inch increase in rear seat leg room. A big deal for a small car!
Honda has also made improvements to the front and rear suspension and steering system. The new Fit is built on a lighter, more rigid platform with a longer wheelbase, providing increased stability and improved ride, comfort, and quietness.
Under the hood, the new Earth Dreams Technology engine provides increased power, torque, and throttle response. Combined with two newly developed transmissions, the 6MT 6-speed manual transmission and the CVT with 6-shift control, this new drivetrain increases performance and fuel efficiency.
On the outside, the 2015 Fit has a fresh, sporty exterior design available in eight colors. This design is complemented by a new interior design with more legroom and upgraded materials. The sophisticated black interior is paired with silver accents, and the available leather seating and Display Audio touchscreen, available on the EX-L trim level, increase the premium feel.
The standard Fit comes nicely equipped with automatic headlights, LED brake lights, Bluetooth HandsFreeLink, and center storage console with armrest. Available upgrades which were never before available on the Fit include Display Audio touchscreen interface with HondaLink, Smart Entry push button start, power moonroof, and heated leather seats.
