Thelen Honda Sponsored Movie Night Coming Soon
Thelen Honda in Bay City is excited to announce that we are helping to sponsor a free movie night on December 11th at the State Theatre. Currently scheduled for 4 pm, the event will be benefiting the raising of awareness for the River Jordan Inc. foundation. Their mission to help current and former foster children find their way into our local community in meaningful and positive ways is a noble one that we are proud to support. The movie being shown is “Instant Family” and it is a lighthearted movie that also highlights the struggles that foster children and families often face. Mid-Michigan residents are invited to enjoy a night out with family and friends while also supporting a fantastic cause.
The River Jordan Inc. Foundation & Fostering in Mid-Michigan
Foster youth in Bay City and across the mid-Michigan region often need help to get themselves on the right track towards being fully integrated into society. River Jordan Inc. is an organization dedicated to helping these young Michiganders learn vital skills and offer other assistance so that foster children can feel more comfortable and confident in being integrated into regular social conditions. They even extend their services to men and women who are no longer youth but were still brought up through the foster care system.
